Somali show

Gleason Media has begun broadcasting a Somali radio show LIVE every Sunday from 11am to 12pm on WEZR 1240-AM.  "The Somali Show" is the first of its kind to reach out to the Somali, Kenyan and Djibouti population living and working in the Lewiston-Auburn area.

The host of  "The Somali Show" is Fatouma Ahmed.   She moved to Lewiston two years ago from Djibouti Africa, with her 3 year old daughter, Soumaya.  In Djibouti, she worked for "Radio Djibouti" as a newscaster and is very well known in the L/A community.  Fatouma is fluent in English, Somali, Arabic and French.  "The Somali Show" will be in the Somali language.

Lisbon HS presents A Midsummer Night's Dream

William Shakespeare’s famous play deals with the complex lives of four young lovers, the upcoming wedding of the Duke of Athens and the queen of the Amazons, an unusual group of amateur actors, a deep and dark forest, and the mighty King and Queen of the beautiful Fairies. A timely rejected marriage arrangement, a thrilling custody battle, an unrequited and passionate love, a superb crew of some hopeful part-time actors and a very mischievous faun, are all ready to set the stage for this magical comedy!

The Fifth Annual Alive in Lewiston

Join neighbors and friends for a night of delicious food and local
