Teens Who Care

Teens Who Care

We are very proud of our young people in the State of Maine and we need your help to find teens who are doing good work in our communities. Too often we hear about all of the “bad things” teens are doing. We want to make sure that people know there are teens in our state who are doing “good work” and making a difference.

We are looking for Teens who are volunteering in their communities. We will be recognizing individual teens and teens who are working together as groups.  One individual or group will be highlighted each month on WCSH 6 and WLBZ 2. Each teen recognized will receive a $2,000 scholarship to the college of their choice. Groups will be given a $2,000 grant to be awarded to the non-profit they are helping.

Please help us find the teens and their inspirational stories to share around the state. Just go to our website and click Teens Who Care for an on-line form. No deadline.
